SBN's D-League blog, Ridiculous Upside, comes through today with a fantastic Rod Benson interview. And really, if you're blogging the comings-and-goings of the D-league, shouldn't there be some sort of requirement that you interview Rod Benson every week? Like, every Friday sit down with him and just let him talk extemporaneously for 45 minutes, transcribe it, and then give the masses a perfect lead-in to the weekend. Wouldn't that be great?
Anyway, read the entire interview, but this was my favorite quote:
Everything I do now I do for fun. I just have a lot of fun and the consequence is that people want to have fun with me. As my skills diminish and my goals change, I hope to be able to still have fun for a living, but there are only a few people on earth who can say that. Who knows if I'll be able to achieve that.
