Japanese TV Continues to Confuse, This Time With Usain Bolt

This has pretty much everything you need for a good, confusing Japanese TV bit. Guy in blackface? Check. Inflatable character? Check. Woman dressed as bunny awarding Olympic medal? Check.

If you're wondering what it's from, it's a show called Kinchan and Katori Shingo's All Japan Costume Grand Prix, which Wikipedia describes as " a semi-annual show on NTV in which various amateur groups (or solo artists) perform short skits, which are rated by a panel of judges."

But yeah, Japan still hasn't gotten that memo the rest of the world sent about blackface. Not a good look.
