If this is true, Urban Meyer may be the most ruthless and brilliant recruiter ever. When life gives you a potentially life-threatening medical condition, make potentially life-threatening medical condition-ade, kids:
“Sharrif was really confused and put a call into Coach Meyer. When they spoke Coach Meyer told him that he had a ‘dream’ the night before, and that Coach Meyer saw himself on the sideline coaching Sharrif. Told him that is was a "message from God that I should come back and coach, as I guess if it’s my time to die, I’d rather die on the sidelines coaching you than anywhere else in the world.
“Sharrif talked to us the next day and said Ohio State is great and all, but Coach Meyer said he would DIE for me. That’s pretty intense…
Cue the applause, because the only step past that is actually threatening to kill yourself to get a recruit. 3/1 on Houston Nutt, 5/2 on Lane Kiffin, and 8/1 that Nick Saban threatens to kill a recruit if he doesn’t come to Bama.

Wow talk about a bunch of BS
If a recruit is swayed by that stupid comment he deserves to go play where the coward Urban Meyer has no idea what the word discipline means!

I would put it at 3/1 that Saban would threaten to kill a recruit…..

Nick Saban wouldn't dirty his hands
Besides, it’s tough to carry both the garrote and the step stool in an inconspicuous manner.

Urban was dreaming that he was at a Prince concert and they played the song “I would die for you.” Geez, get a life.

This kid will fit in better in a SEC team, he is so smart
Careful what you say, there would be great irony if he was to drop dead on the sidelines next year. But dehydration does not happen to people who get Gatoraid for free, and after signing day he will announce his doctors told him he must leave football.
