During Tuesday night's Washington Capitals/New York Islander game, Islanders defenseman Jack Hillen blocked an Alexander Ovechkin slapshot during a Capitals powerplay in the first period. Unfortunately for him, the puck deflected up and caught Hillen in the mouth. Here is the play:
Hillen will be out of the lineup for six to eight weeks as he had a broken jaw and broken teeth after the play.
