Yeah sure, the 12 teams in the NFL playoffs are all winners. But one of the biggest winners on the day was the team that lost more than any of them, and anyone else in the NFL, this season. Thanks to their loss to San Francisco on Sunday, the Rams finished the year 1-15 and earned the No. 1 pick in the 2010 NFL draft, a.k.a. the Ndamukong Suh Sweepstakes.
The Lions (2-14) will have the No. 2 pick, followed by the Buccaneers (3-13) with the No. 3 picks. Two teams finished the year 4-12 (Chiefs and Redskins) so a tie-breaker will have to be made to figure out who drafts fourth. Please God, don't let that tiebreaker be an actual football game between those two.
Oh and in case you forgot, that one Rams win was over the Lions. Of course it was.
