You may not have heard, but last night, Denver rookie guard Ty Lawson suffered a sprain ankle. It's a tough loss for the Nuggets, who were already without Carmelo Anthony, Chris Andersen, and Chauncey Billups.
For more, we go to Ty Lawson, himself:
My ankle ain't what's really good right now
So, as you can see, Lawson explains that is ankle is NOT what is really good at this point in time, which we can take to mean that, in fact, the ankle is in BAD shape. What's really good?

*COUGH*
Could it get any worse for a team this season than the Nuggets???? I mean I cannot think of a single team who is having worse luck in terms of injury. Imagine, your small-ish back up center, a main scorer, a veteran guard and now a promising rookie…
Too bad there isn’t another team with something like both centers out (all season could make that even worse!), a top defender, two clutch 3 point shooters, and a very good forward. Well least all the Nuggets are expected to return by the end of the season so that the NBA and more specifically the NUGGETS wont have to suffer all season long… Thank god for the “Greatest Injury Update Ever” so we can all feel sorry for those poor poor nuggets..
I’m sorry, I completely understand that the Nuggets are getting hit by the injury bug going around, but greatest….. really? greatest …. in THIS season?? Top 150 games lost to injury and then I’ll feel for ya.
