Sans Luck, Who would be drafted first overall?

I like making fanposts on this website where we spark debates. If you remember I made an earlier one about the 2011 biggest steals/busts. Well now, I have another interesting question: If Luck doesn't declare, or isn't taken first overall, who do you think the pick will be? Now, I know it clearly depends on the team who drafts him, so if you want to put Team X drafts player Z, thats fine.

My pick is AJ Green, WR, UGA. Personally I'm doing this because I think the Panthers will have the first pick of the draft, and with it will probably want to give weapons to their young QB. Not a huge fan of WR's first overall but for the Panthers it would make sense. Their OL can be good when healthy, so an OT isn't likely, even in a weak class at said position. Don't like Peterson or Dareus here either. To me, they do need a player at both those positions, but if they can build on their run game next year with a Clausen to Green (and possibly Steve Smith as well, if he stays) connection next year this O could make huge strides.

Berate me if you will, I understand, but I'm sticking to my guns on this one. I feel this is an interesting topic as well because this time last year we all thought the first pick would be either Locker if he declared or Suh if he didn't, especially not a Bradford who didn't play much of his senior year. So outside of the box thinking shouldn't be berated, but be reasonable and justify why you think so.
