Todd McShay, the head honcho of ESPN's Scouts Inc., is back with his latest mock draft, and it's a doozy. This is protected by ESPN's Insider pay window, but if you're a member, find it here.
There are some startling changes to this mock draft. Maybe it's just that time of the draft season when everyone is sick of doing the same mock over and over. But McShay takes it to a whole new level giving South Florida defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul to Tampa Bay with the third overall pick.
This is the same Pierre-Paul who only played one year of top-level college football and only had 6.5 sacks. That pick caught me so off guard that it took an extra minute to notice McShay had Gerald McCoy going No. 1 overall and not Ndamukong Suh.
Other surprises include offensive tackle Trent Williams going to Oakland eighth and South Florida safety Nate Allen going in the first.
