A shoulder injury suffered by Elvis Sinosic has forced the cancellation of his rematch with countryman Chris Haseman, and heavyweight Ben Rothwell has been sidelined by an illness, forcing him out of his bout with Mirko Cro Cop. Australian veteran Anthony Perosh will step in to face Mirko Cro Cop.
The rest of the now nine bout UFC 110 card remains unchanged.
- UFC.com brings word of major changes to Saturday's UFC 110 card
THis is an even more winable fight for Cro Cop and if he loses to Perosh on one day notice there is a very, very big problem in Mirko's career. Sinosic/Haseman was strictly a local attraction bout so that isn't a huge hit to the card.
The top end of this card remains very, very good.

Mirko Cro Cop Suffers Bad Cut in Training; Will Still Fight Saturday at UFC 110
From Fighters Only Magazine:
It’s almost funny how fast the texture of Cro Cop’s fight has changed. In twenty-four hours he went from facing a striker to a grappler and now has the handicap of having to protect a cut. Should the stitches give and the cut open up he could lose by TKO. Suddenly there is a much easier avenue to victory open for Perosh.
I’m still picking Cro Cop, but suddenly I’m worried.
