After initialling committing to play at the University of Florida, star safety Demar Dorsey has signed a Letter of Intent to play at the University of Michigan, according to Sports Illustrated.
A safety out of Fort Lauderdale, Dorsey runs a 4.35 40-yard dash, and was among the best players in the state of Florida, a notorious recruiting hotbed. He chose Michigan over Florida, Southern California, and Florida State, a school that certainly could have used the help in the secondary. In any case, Dorsey will leave the sunshine state and head to Michigan. Big pickup for Rich Rodriguez. Read more on the Wolverines at SB Nation's Mazie 'n Brew.
