I don't care what the experts say, the Little Caesers Bowl is not the recruit-enticing carrot it once was. Just ask Ohio University, who, despite coming off a bowl season, was rated with the lowest 2010 recruiting class by Scout.com. Rivals seems to think slightly better of the Bobcats, naming them only the second-worst of FBS teams. Their honor went to Florida Atlantic.
It's a veritiable MAC, Sun Belt and Conference USA who's who down there at the bottom of the rankings. The lowest-rated BCS schools? Scout says it's far-and-away Kansas State (No. 99) while Rivals thinks it's Indiana (No. 92).

Rivals rankings make no sense
Syracuse: 1 4star, 11 3star, 29 players= 78th
Temple: 7 star, 25 players = 24th
How does that make sense?
