There are some off-the-wall questions every year at NASCAR Media Day, and Kasey Kahne was asked one on Thursday.
A reporter asked Kahne about the wildest encounter he'd ever had with a fan. Kahne smiled and told the following story:
"I won once in Vegas, the Nationwide race and I was walking to the media center and this girl grabbed my butt. Just out of nowhere. And I don't feel that hardly ever, you know?
"So I turn around and this girl was just smiling. I was like, 'Wow. That was alright!'"
So what did the girl say?
"She didn't say anything. I just turned around, and she was standing there smiling at me and I was like, 'Alright, cool.' I just went to the media center. "
The Budweiser-sponsored Kahne knows he's adored by female fans, which is just fine by him.
"They drink beer, too, so that's good," he said. "...It would suck if it was just all guys."
