Mardy Gilyard: Receiver and Hat Salesman

College football fans are familiar with Mardy Gilyard by now. He's a bright personality and a dynamic player. His passionate speeches after Brian Kelly left, as well as after the win against Pitt for Cincinnati this season, became quasi-viral hits among college football bloggers. I had a chance to catch up with Gilyard on Radio Row. Fresh of his Senior Bowl stint, we talked about all the NFL draft stuff you'd expect, but also solved the mystery of his half hat. (The man has long hair and a fitted one. Does. Not. Compute.)  ↵

↵Whoever drafts Mardy Gilyard gets a +1,000,000 in the PR department right off the bat. More to come from Radio Row today with Marshall Faulk, The Who and others. ↵
