The Bulls' Derrick Rose is a 6'3" point guard. You would not know it from looking at this picture.
Rose vaulted out of nowhere and met the rim eye-to-eye before throwing it home. Unbelievable. Watch:
In professional wrestling, the term "pop" is used to refer to a sudden outburst of applause. Derrick put on this show in Atlanta, so there wasn't much of a pop from the visiting crowd, but a pop was certainly heard on the ESPN broadcast. Both the play-by-play and color man burst into an outpouring of "AAAHH" and "oh...my...goodness." I was looking away from the screen when I heard their reactions. I turned around expecting to see a zombie Richard Nixon juggling torches while riding a unicycle at half-court. This was even better.
