This is your life, Tracy Porter. And this is your life, Peyton Manning.
Saints 31, Colts 17. Let that one sink in.
As SN's Clifton Brown reports, here is how Porter described that play, and his feelings about the Saints winning the Super Bowl:
"As we prepared for the Super Bowl, we saw that play over and over. It was great film study. The coaching staff did a great job of preparing us for that route. It was more of a stick route; then he’ll run to get the first down.
"I believe it was third-and-5. I saw Reggie Wayne, and I jumped it. The ball came right in my hands. (I felt) like a deer in headlights. You have that wide open field, no one in front of you, no one's going to catch you. Our guys did a great job of blocking in front of me. I just had to make one cut, and the end zone was right there."

The best part is that people are going to start heavy drinking now… and then Mardi Gras will hit, and they’ll actually have to cycle their drinking up a level. This will be the Hiroshima of booze.

I love how the bitter whiners are already saying that Manning was blocked in the back or clipped, when he was clearly turning around and sideways when he got (pretty gently IMO) knocked on his behind. Great play Porter!
