Was it really only three and a half years ago that Antoine Walker was shimmying his way to an NBA title? I know, it feels so much longer than that, since we haven't heard a peep from Walker in a couple years.
That is, until now. Facing financial trouble that likely stems from writing $1 million in fake checks to Las Vegas casinos (among other things), Walker is taking his game outside the continental US. The newly-launched Pro Basketball Talk blog on NBCSports.com writes that Walker (along with former Chicago Bull Marcus Fizer) has signed with Guaynabo of the Puerto Rican basketball league.
No word yet about whether the Puerto Rican league has four pointers.
