For The Record, Kansas Fans Are Staying Classy

Well, at least those of the SB Nation variety. The final minute of tonight's loss to Northern Iowa was nothing less than heartbreaking for KU fans, but one has to be impressed by their demeanor. Two minutes after the final buzzer, I checked out the game thread at our Kansas blog, Rock Chalk Talk. Here's what I found.

Hats off to UNI
You better f****** win the National Championship or this game sucked ass

Great game by UNI.
They played their asses off and deserve it.

Northern Iowa outplayed us.
Simple as that.

But you know when push comes to shove
we needed to beat all comers… we didn’t as so it goes.

In addition, they shouted down the one commenter who was talking trash about Northern Iowa. No fan base can be represented by four cherry-picked comments, of course, but this is reflective of a lot of the communities we have at SB Nation. Hats off, y'all.
