When talking about possible destinations for QB Donovan McNabb if the Eagles choose to trade him, the Cardinals usually come up.
They're coming off of a Super Bowl berth just two seasons ago and with the loss of Kurt Warner, they could look to a proven player like McNabb to keep them in the "win-now" mode.
Well, that's unlikely to happen, according to Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic.
The Cardinals aren't going to pay that kind of money to McNabb. Nor are they going to give up the multiple draft picks it would probably take to acquire him.
According to the various reports out there, McNabb has already ruled out the Bills and Raiders, although that's unconfirmed.
