Do the Steelers need to draft a QB in the first round?

Ben Roethlisberger seams to be getting himself deeper and deeper.  More details are surfacing concerning Ben's sexual assault case, not to mention there are more sexual assault cases surfacing.

In the past, I  have viewed the Pittsburgh Steelers are the prototypical football franchise.  Avid fans and disciplined athletes.  I think Ben may be unhealthy for the Pittsburgh Steelers.  I believe he is an incredible athlete.  But Ben is the face of the franchise.  I do believe such acts are one's private matters.  I believe an individual deserves their privacy.  Everyone makes mistakes.  What defines the individual is what they learn from their mistakes and how they handle it.

What I am most concerned about is Ben being the face of a franchise, a significant figure in the NFL, and a role model of children.  I want the face of a franchise to be an individual that I can look up to, more important an individual students can look up to I.E. - Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Matt Ryan, Brett Favre, ext....

I don't want Ben to leave Pittsburgh, but the Steeler's will eventually need to do something about this.

My thoughts are not yet concrete but I am concerned for the face of a franchise that is a model for how a sports team should be run.
