The NFL hasn't seen Sam Bradford throw a football since he injured his shoulder in the 2009 college football season. According to reports, the shoulder is checking out.
Privately, word around the league is the Rams have received optimistic reports about Bradford's shoulder, that the procedure, done by renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews, wasn't nearly as serious as the repairs Andrews made on Drew Brees' shoulder before Brees signed with the New Orleans Saints.
This is one of the major issues concerning the Rams taking Bradford with the first overall pick in the draft.
The way it sounds, the shoulder shouldn't be an issue.
Bradford will throw for scouts on Monday.
