I mean, this is getting ridiculous. Two-straight years the Michigan State Spartans have come into the NCAA Tournament as pretty-good but nothing close to what you would consider a Final Four favorite. Both years they've grinded their way to the Final Four. And that's not to mention that this is MSU's sixth Final Four in 12 years. Say what you want about how MSU does in the regular season, but Izzo wins when it matters (ask all the one-seeds sitting at home right now which place they'd rather be in).
You can find coaches with more longevity. You can find coaches with more Final Fours. You can find coaches with more National Titles. But how many coaches can you say this about:
Every 4-year player in Izzo's program has gone to a Final Four. That streak is now intact through the Class of '13.
How's that for a pitch? Come to Michigan State: You Are Guaranteed To Play In A Final Four.
