Thankfully, Rodney Stuckey's medical emergency has turned out not to be as serious as it initially appeared. After suffering a seizure during Friday night's game, the Pistons guard is expected to return to Detroit on Saturday after a stay in the hospital. From the Detroit Free Press:
A Pistons spokesman said this morning that Rodney Stuckey is doing well and should return to Detroit this afternoon after collapsing Friday night during a loss at the Cavs.
Pistons vice president of public relations Matt Dobek said Stuckey remains at the Cleveland Clinic awaiting further tests and if everything checks out OK, he will return to the team.
No word yet on when Stuckey can return to the court.
