Height: 6' 3"
Weight: 229 lbs
Hometown: Montrose, GA
Position: Wide Receiever
Class: Junior
Strengths: Power, strength, and speed. Bay Bay is a receiver with good hands and long legs who out runs his defenders by taking long powerful strides. Thomas also has the ability to jump and used those abilities many times during his time at Tech. However, one of his greatest strengths is his ability to be a blocking receiver. Georgia Tech'srunners amassed over 4,000 yards on the ground and many of these gains can be attributed to Bay Bay. He also has a powerful stiff-arm which makes him very effective off screen passes. He is not afraid to get in the opponent's face.
Weaknesses: The unknown. Bay Bay was not asked to run many precise routes. He ran a lot of curls and go routes so precise route-running may be an issue.
NFL Draft Talk: Right as his stock began to rise, word comes out that he has broken his foot, taking him out of the NFL Combine where surely his name would have been a constant subject. Nevertheless, CBS Sports projects him to be a Top 20, and our very own SBN site, Mocking the Draft, had him at 35th overall (early 2nd round) to San Francisco.

I'll cry tears of sweet joy
if the Cowboys take this monster at #27. He would be absolutely perfect for our offense and put some pressure on that scrub Roy Williams. Then in a couple of years once “Bey Bey” develops into a complete receiver we can dump that ridiculous contract Roy E. has.
