The Kansas City Royals Are No Longer Just Figuratively Toast

Starting in May, Pangea will roll out ProToast, a line of toasters – available in every team from the four major sports – that pops out with the teams logo burned into it.

"Our motto is ‘Toast Your Team,’" Fink says.

It doesn't stop there, either. Fink intends to expand to collegiate logos and FDA-approved colored toast markers, and, among other things, dreams of one day releasing toasters customized for individual player faces. ProToast units will be made available next month, and retail for $34.99. The Astros toaster will come equipped with a special bagel setting.
