NFL Mock Draft, Pick 60: Seahawks Select Taylor Price, WR Ohio

The 60th pick is in and SB Nation's Seahawks community, Field Gulls, has selected...

Ohio WR Taylor Price

From Field Gulls:

I think Price is possibly the best wide receiver prospect in the 2010 class. He has excellent tools. He is a good if sometimes methodical route runner. Price's performance has been hidden by an inept Ohio passing attack.

From Mocking The Draft:

This is somewhat unexpected. But given that John went with Taylor Mays with the sixth pick, my surprise was tempered. I'm not quite as high on Price as John is, but his reasoning is sound. If another direction is taken, there are some solid guards out there - Mitch Petrus is a perfect scheme fit - and Lamarr Houston could be another good, young piece for the defensive line.

Bold statements from Field Gulls, especially in a class with Dez Bryant. I like the idea of adding a receiver when you've got Charlie Whitehurst taking over the team within the next year. He'll need some weapons and, if Price lives up to Field Gulls billing, he'll be a good one.
