The SB Nation writers mock draft is complete. Two rounds, 64 picks, 64 explanations and a lot of excitement for the NFL's second season -- the NFL draft.
Here's who I feel was the biggest reach and the best value in the first two rounds.
Biggest reach: USC S Taylor Mays (Seahawks 6th pick) -- I don't think there's much of a question that this is the biggest reach. SB Nation's Seahawks community, Field Gulls, has noticed Pete Carroll's tendency to hire folks that he knows and he's the one that recruited and coached Mays at USC so that makes sense. But there's virtually no top ten buzz surrounding Mays. Most of the talk around him has centered around the end of the first round and early second round. Runner-up: Florida C Maurkice Pouncey (Broncos 11th pick)
Best value: Illinois WR Arrelious Benn (Cowboys 59th pick) -- Put it this way. If the Cowboys drafted Benn with their 27th pick I'd still argue that it was a good selection. He's a tough, physical receiver and would do well in the NFC East. Runner-up: Sergio Kindle (Packers 23rd pick)
Below are all the picks made in the mock draft. Thanks to all the SB Nation blogs for participating, especially Mocking The Draft for coordinating it all.

Seahawks draft selections
This may be the single worst analysis of a team I have ever seen.
Taylor Mays at 6. Just because he played for Pete Carroll? Even if Carroll does want Mays, why pick him at 6 when you could grab him at a lower spot?
At no point does this draft ANY of the Seahawks MOST pressing needs (there are many holes); OL/DL.
Brilliant.

Saints at #32 just signed a 2nd
Defensive end, Jimmy Wilkerson, from Tampa Bay, and Alex Brown earlier from da Bears earlier. I doubt we’ll go with another DE. This tends to point us to the obvious missing link, LB where we just lost Scott Fujita.

Chiefs 2B selection is a huge reach! Would have been happier with OT/Saffold,CB/Kareem Jackson or Linval Joseph.
All of them would have been graded higher than Veldheer..Would have taken Joseph based on the few NT’s available & no guarantee that Troup would be available in 3rd.
2010 Chiefs Draft
1.NT/Dan Williams
2A.S/Nate Allen
2B.ILB/Jamar Chaney
3.CB/Brandon Ghee
4.C/Eric Olsen
5A.OLB/Brandon Sharpe
5B.WR/Marcus Easley
5C.TE/Nate Byham
