White Sox Beat Mariners On Walk-Off Home Run. Yes, Again

Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Alex Rios clubbed a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift theChicago White Sox to a 5-4 win over Seattle in the middle test of a three-game series at U.S. Cellular Field.
Casey Kotchman doubled home two runs off Chicago reliever Bobby Jenks (1-0) to give the Mariners a 4-2 lead in the top of the ninth.
David Aardsma (0-1) came on to pitch the ninth after Seattle starter Doug Fister tossed eight solid frames.
Paul Konerko hit a solo home run to left-center with one out, and Carlos Quentin drew a two-out walk. Rios then belted a 1-1 fastball over the left- field wall to give Chicago its second consecutive walk-off win. The White Sox took Friday's opener on Jones' solo blast in the final at-bat.
Alexei Ramirez added a two-run double for Chicago, which won for just the third time in its last nine games. Starter Freddy Garcia gave up two runs on two hits and struck out five over seven innings.
Franklin Gutierrez homered and Jose Lopez stroked an RBI double for the Mariners, while Fister scattered eight hits and fanned four.
Four of Seattle's seven road losses this season have come in the final at-bat.
Garcia retired the first 11 batters he faced before Gutierrez crushed a slider over the wall in left-center.
Chicago grabbed the lead with a two-out rally in the fifth. Rios and Mark Teahen ripped consecutive singles before Ramirez cleared the bases with a double to left field.
Chone Figgins walked to begin the seventh for Seattle, took second on a botched pickoff attempt and scored on Lopez's one-out double, tying the game at two.
Rios collected three hits...Konerko has seven home runs on the season...Both teams were 2-for-6 with runners in scoring position and left three men on base...Seattle won five of nine meetings with the White Sox a year ago.
