Part actor, part hockey player, Canadiens forward Maxim Lapierre was making his presence felt all over the ice in Game 6 against the Washington Capitals. Serving two penalties for hilarious forms of diving, he would later produce the back-breaking third goal which gave Montreal a 3-0 lead in the final frame.
Dive No.1 resembled actions you'd normally find in a wrestling ring as Lapierre hits the steel cage hard! Dive No.2 was slightly more subtle, but he still got busted for it. His goal put the contest in the bag for the Canadiens, forcing a Game 7 back in Washington. Max will pay a small fine for his embellishments and review his dramatic art notes for Wednesday.
