Big Ten Player of the year. AP National Player of the year. Naismith Award winner. Finalist and favorite for the Wooden Award. There really was no reason for Evan Turner to stay at Ohio State for his senior season (besides the whole “winning a national title thing”). And so, Turner declared himself eligible for the NBA Draft at a press conference today.
Turner gave Buckeye fans so many memories that they’ll cherish. Of course, the best one of all is, like most Ohio State cherished moments, at Michigan’s expense.
