Curtis Granderson Likely Headed To DL With Groin Injury

Yankees center fielder Curtis Granderson left Saturday's game against the White Sox after straining his groin. The LoHud Yankees Blog tweets that Granderson, who suffered the strain while on the basepaths, is probably taking a trip to the disabled list.

Girardi said Grandy is "probably going to be DL'd."

Brett Gardner seems likely to take Granderson's place in center.
