2011 Draft Board

  1. Robert Quinn, DE, UNC: Looks and plays like Peppers did in college, a freakish athlete who can drop deep and cover TE's and RB's at 270lbs.
  2. Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU: Is in my opinion the best CB prospect to come along in the past 10 years. Will be a shutdown corner in the pros.
  3. AJ Green, WR, Georgia: A physically gifted WR, and for once one that doesn't appear to come with too much baggage, good worker, good team-mate and most importantly a damn good football player.
Jake Locker, QB, Washington: He really really reminds me of Big Ben, the cannon arm, the great evasiveness and the great winning metality. Just add in some Tebow-esque scrambling and you have this kid.
  • Marcell Dareus, DE, Alabama: Has prototypical size for the position and is absolutely amazing vs the run. Could learn some more pass rush moves but will shoot up boards this year.
  • Julio Jones, WR, Alabama: By far the most physically gifted receiver since Randy Moss, scary size speed combo. Needs to clear up his drop issues this year.
  • Adrian Clayborn, DE, Iowa: Could excel in either the 4-3 or the 3-4. Scheme versatile and a relentless beast rushing the passer, scary good. Could be compared to Suh by the end of this season if he blows up.
  • Gabe Carimiri, OT, Wisconsin: Prototypical size and has great footwork, should feel pushed by the very strong class of tackles that has no real #1 as of yet.
  • Greg Romeus, DE, Pittsburgh: Scarily fast off the edge, uses his hands extremely well and can use most of the pass rush moves needed in the pros to succeed.
  • Cameron Heyward, DE, Ohio State: A scheme versatile player who projects best to play the end in a 3-4. Could stand to improve his pass rush repetoire but is a beast against the run.
