It remains to be seen whether Game 7 of the 2010 Finals is the last game in the long, strange career of Rasheed Wallace. Doc Rivers hinted at this in his post-game press conference, but it was spur of the moment, and there's an entire summer for Rasheed to rediscover his "hunger" for the game.
But if last night was indeed the end of Rasheed Wallace's interesting career, it would only be fitting that he went out like this.
Rasheed Wallace outside of the refs locker room. Security telling him they're not coming out. Shed says "just wanna talk"
Sheed finally walks away to bus - IN FULL UNIFORM with sunglasses on
Hey Joey Crawford, can we talk for a second? No, no, I just want to talk, don't worry.
I just wanted to say that YOU ALL F$%^$! SUCK AT YOUR JOBS. HOW THE $%^* COULD YOU CALL MY BLOCK ON PAU GASOL A FOUL? HOW THE $%#! AM I SUPPOSED TO GET INTO A RHYTHM WHEN YOU IDIOTS ARE CALLING A FOUL ANYTIME I TOUCH A GUY? I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAD TO DEAL WITH YOU $%#@$ FOR MY ENTIRE CAREER. I WON'T MISS ANY OF YOU GUYS NOW THAT I'M RETIRED.
