Jonathan Toews' Charisma Can't Be Tamed

↵Miley Cyrus caused a commotion last night for out-raunching noted scantily dressed pop singer Katy Perry at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Canada. But wait! That wasn't the only triumph for Miley. She also managed to somehow be more awkward and bumbling than Chicago Blackhawks star Jonathan Toews. No small feat indeed. ↵
↵
↵The two appeared on the awards show broadcast together, by which I mean Miley was going to do all the talking while the taciturn Toews gave monosyllabic replies, to introduce a performance by Drake during the show. Problem was, Drake wasn't quite ready, leaving Miley and Toews to show off their incredible improvisational chops. Credit Toews for being savvy (or frightened) enough to leave it to the pop princess to complain about the cue cards before proclaiming the bit "the worst thing ever".
↵
↵Rest assured, it's likely the last event Toews does live that isn't on the ice. Sorry if you had other plans for Wednesday, NHL Awards.↵
