In what is becoming a standard substitution for Bob Bradley when the United States trail at halftime, Benny Feilhaber has come on for Robbie Findley to start the second half.
The move likely means Clint Dempsey will move from the wing into a supporting striker's role.
Feilhaber's inclusion is Bob Bradley's second substitution, with Maurice Edu's 30th minut substitution, in for Ricardo Clark, the first.
Ghana leads the United States 1-0 to start the second half.
