2010 British Open: Rickie Fowler's Comeback Was 'Remarkable'

Rickie Fowler finished the 2010 British Open in a tie for 14th place. It isn't terribly surprising that the 21-year-old placed so high... until we consider how he started the tournament. From our golf blog, Waggle Room:

Fowler shot 79 in what was the easiest scoring day in the history of the Open at the Old Course.  He appeared headed for an embarrassing missed cut and was tied for worst American in the field with veteran Jerry Kelly.
