Via the Dodgers blog Vin Scully Is My Homeboy comes the story of a fan who brought a 3-by-5-foot blown up printout of an online purchased ticket to Dodgers Stadium and was admitted without incident.
I work at a big printing company. We do mostly movie banners and POP work. I manage their digital dept. So I just sent it to one of my presses and had my employee print it out. Next time I might go bigger. Maybe 5 by 8. lol. Not sure how the scanner took it but it did. I guess it doesn't matter how big it is as long as the coder reads it right.
That's right, Dodgers Stadium security, yuk it up. Keep encouraging him until he shows up with a billboard-sized ticket. Don't believe me? You'll see.
Quite the encouraging tale for anyone who has received one of those huge checks they give away on game shows and at charity events. It just so happens that SB Nation also pays with those monstrosities and they're a devil compared to direct deposit. Thanks a lot, management!
