This weekend NASCAR is splitting time between two locations. There's Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pa. for the Camping World Truck Series and Sprint Cup series Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Nationwide cars are racing in Newton, Iowa at Iowa Speedway on Friday and Saturday. You can check out each location's forecast below.

No problems for Saturday as the forecast remains nice, comfortable with sunshine and a few clouds highs will be in the mid to upper 70s.
SATURDAY
9:00 a.m EDT – Sprint Cup Practice – Sunny skies - temp: 61
10:00 a.m EDT – Camping World Truck Qualifying – Sunny skies - temp: 64
11:20 a.m EDT – Sprint Cup Final Practice – Sunny skies - temp: 70
12:30 p.m EDT – Pocono Mountains 125 – Sunny skies - temp: 72
SUNDAY
As we head into Sunday, the threat of rain continues as an upper level disturbance comes across Pennsylvania. This could spark scattered showers Sunday morning with the best chance of more rain showers and possible storms in the afternoon. I will say this scenario is not looking good for Sunday. The biggest challenge for Sunday is trying to determine if there will be gaps in the rain and how wide spread any showers and storms are in the afternoon. Unlike previous systems that you can track and time this system will just cause the atmosphere to be unstable and unsettled. It is now becoming a hope for the best prepare for the worst type scenario. With the data I am looking at I can't definitively say one way or another if Sunday's race will be a rain out but rain will be a major player come tomorrow.
1:00 p.m EDT – Sunoco Red Cross Pennsylvania 500 – Cloudy, possible showers with sct'd thunder - temp: 71
