Unrestricted free agent defenseman Brett Lebda has taken a two-year contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs, ending five years of service for the Detroit Red Wings. The undrafted player has spent the entirety of his 326-game career in the Motor City, amassing 18 goals and 50 assists after signing with them in July 2004.
