While just an exhibition, Monday night's 31-16 Giants' win over the Jets was the first-ever NFL game played in the New Meadowlands stadium. Not only that but the Jets, long living in the shadow of their co-tenants inside Giants Stadium, were the host squad. You can bet Jet fans were ready to take their rightful spot as the team-of-note inside these new walls and they certainly weren't going to let a bunch of Giants fans tell them otherwise.
So naturally, when Fireman Ed got up to do his famous J-E-T-S cheer, a collection of grown men in t-shirts and football jerseys got to show the rest of the nation why New York is the cosmopolitan capital of the world.
FYI, everyone in that video is an adult.
