EA decided that with the UConn Huskies' mascot being a Husky and all, it only made sense to have a mushing celebration as the default festivity following a UConn TD in the game.
If you'll notice the mascot has very clearly articulated thumbs, but no artist in the world can help it when it looks like the mascot is shooting the bird to the assembled home crowd. (Pop the hood.)
If EA modifies the Huskies' celebration to include the smashing together of beers and impressive nodding and yelling, it will have properly channeled the Stone Cold Steve Austin vibe the Husky is clearly going for here.
