USA Basketball has gotten off to a better start in today's exhibition against Spain than they did on Saturday against Lithuania. But Lithuania didn't have Ricky Rubio.

The Americans limited Spain to 3-of-16 shooting from the field and took a 23-16 at the end of the first quarter.

Rubio, though, was a revelation, making a pair of crowd-pleasing passes, including one over-the-shoulder alley-oop. If the Minnesota Timberwolves' front office is watching—and it probably is—Rubio may well leave it stunned and saddened in equal measure by game's end.
