When one hires a coach named Doc Holliday, one has the right to expect no little law-dispensing to take place. Lucky for Doc, he's currently employed as a football coach at Marshall, giving him ample opportunity to practice his natural craft, most lately kicking three incoming freshmen out of the Herd, apparently for their involvement in a felony robbery ... of pizza boys?
Court documents filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court link running back Antwon Chisholm and defensive tackle Mike Fleurizard to the Saturday, July 31, robbery of a Papa John’s pizza delivery man in the 2100 block of Buffington Avenue. A criminal complaint then charges that Fleurizard, also on Saturday, worked with two others to rob a Z Brick Pizza delivery man on the university’s campus.
Joining Chisholm and Fleurizard on the dismissal roster is receiver Fred Pickett. These three bring the total of arrested players this offseason to six, although Dequan Bembry did manage to get pinched four times in under a year and a half before his dismissal, so he might ought to count as double.
