So, remember that Chicago-Sun Times article Wednesday morning that implied Kentucky paid Anthony Davis $200,000 to commit to the Wildcats next year? Smartly, the Sun-Times removed that rumor from the article. Unfortunately, Kentucky noticed before they had a chance to. And now the University is threatening to sue the paper if the entire article isn't removed and replaced with a retraction (Read the legal response PDF here).
As of 12:30pm EST, the article does seem to be completely taken down though a photo to it remains on the main page. We'll see if the retraction follows...
