Josh Johnson has already missed a start and a throwing session due to problems with his back and shoulder. There has been speculation that the Marlins would simply shut him down for the rest of the year to give him some rest and avoid taking an unnecessary risk, and sure enough, that's going to be their course of action:

Johnson's 2010 season ends with a 2.30 ERA, an 11-6 record, and 186 strikeouts over 183.2 innings. Though his missed time and relatively low innings total will probably keep him away from the top of Cy Young ballots, he does currently have the NL lead in ERA, with Adam Wainwright at 2.38 and Mat Latos at 2.43.
