Braylon Edwards was arrested for DWI on Tuesday morning causing many to speculate whether he will be suspended.
The only way he could be suspended is if he was already in the substance abuse program. It's unknown if he's in the program or not.
If this is hit first offense, it'll be a fine of half a game check (or a max of $50,000).
ESPN's Chris Mortensen writes via Twitter that he will also be subjected to "evaluation, counseling and random testing, if league administrators determine that action."
To recap: Edwards will be fined, likely put into some sort of evaluation or counseling and, if he is already in the substance abuse program, could face a suspension.
