NCAA Tournament Scores: Richmond Leads Morehead State At Half, 30-21

On Saturday afternoon, 12-seed Richmond and 13-seed Morehead State are fighting for a spot in the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16. After a half of physical play, Richmond leads, 30-21.

Justin Harper leads Richmond with nine points, but the Spiders have spread out the scoring fairly evenly throughout its starting five. Richmond is shootinbg 48.1 percent from the field.

For Morehead State, Kenneth Faried has recorded six points and five rebounds. Faried's responsible for the Eagles' highlight of the game so far; the senior delivered an authoritative block that sent Richmond's Harper to the ground.

The Spiders are coming off their first tournament win since 1998. The Eagles, meanwhile, are two days removed from the biggest upset of the NCAA Tournament thus far -- a 62-61 upset of 4-seed Louisville. The winner will advance to the Sweet Sixteen, where the winner of Sunday's Kansas-Illinois game awaits.
