It’s been all Jacob Pullen for the Kansas State Wildcats, but Wisconsin withstood the Kansas State senior’s scoring barrage to take a 36-30 halftime lead. Pullen has a game-high 22 points, accounting for almost all of Kansas State’s scoring, but a balanced attack from the Badgers has them ahead.
Pullen’s been on fire from the field, connecting on 7-10 shots and all four of his three-point attempts. Pullen and Curtis Kelly have combined for the bulk of the Wildcats’ scoring thus far, with Pullen shredding the Wisconsin defense early and often.
Jordan Taylor has seven points for Wisconsin. Tim Jarmusz, Jon Leuer and Mike Bruesewitz each have six points. Josh Gasser led the way on the boards with five first half rebounds.
