UConn Vs. Arizona Score: Wildcats Establish Quick Pace, Early Lead

Stay connected with SB Nation

Saturday night's Elite Eight match-up between the UConn Huskies and Arizona Wildcats is underway, and things have started at a brisk pace. Arizona ran up and down the floor to get off to a 9-1 start.

It took UConn nearly five minutes to get its first field goal, when Kemba Walker tipped the ball in from short range. Walker opened the game with a pair of misses from three-point range.

Thus far, Arizona is doing a good job of spreading the ball around. The Wildcats aren't concerned with using up very much of the shot clock, as they're getting some open looks without too much trouble. Kyle Fogg has two buckets to lead the team.
