The Auburn pro day is on Tuesday and there will be plenty of hype around it. With potential top picks DT Nick Fairley and QB Cam Newton working out, there's expected to be a good crowd for the workout. We already mentioned that decisions makers from the Carolina Panthers, owners of the top pick in the 2011 NFL draft, and Denver Broncos, holding the second pick, will be in attendance.
Add the third pick to that group. Buffalo Bills GM Buddy Nix, who holds the third pick in the draft, will also attend Tuesday's pro day at Auburn. The Bills are believed to be players for both Fairley and Newton so this could be a significant day for Buffalo's scouting staff.
Head coach Chan Gailey will not be in attendance and with other major pro days like Arkansas and Oklahoma going on it's not a huge surprise he'll be gone.
So that's the owners of the top three picks we've confirmed will be at Auburn for the pro day. It's possible, if not likely, that one of those teams will select Fairley or Newton, but there are also other players working out at Auburn, too.
The players will be working out in front of GMs and scouts and you can watch the whole thing, starting at 1:30 p.m. (ET) on ESPN.com.
Bills fans at Buffalo Rumblings have been prepared for the Auburn pro day for quite some time considering their position in the draft.
