With the 41st pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, the Washington Redskins picked Jarvis Jenkins, a defensive tackle from Clemson. Jenkins made his bones as a standout at the Senior Bowl, but it's still somewhat of a shock to see him going before Clemson teammate Da'Quan Bowers.
The Redskins choosing Jenkins after taking Purdue defensive end Ryan Kerrigan in the first round certainly provides depth behind Albert Haynesworth, who may not be long for the team.
Former Redskins great Doug Williams made the pick for Washington.
